I'm Victor Silva, a Venezuelan computer engineer with more than seven years of experience working independently with companies and private-sector teams.
My work sits across web development, automation, and applied artificial intelligence. I focus on understanding how each organization works, identifying opportunities to improve, and building solutions that fit its context.
I do not begin with generic formulas. Every project responds to its own needs, priorities, and identity.
